Interested in enrolling your child in the Champions Academy Afterschool Program for the 2024-2025 school year? Click below to access the student application.

• Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee admission.

• Parents and guardians are required to attend at least 50% of the scheduled Parent Engagement Night activities, including at least 2 of the first 3 sessions.

• Additionally, attending the Parent Information Meeting is mandatory before your child's participation in the program.
